Java Tester

Tests Java code using interpreter from BeanShell extension.

This tool uses Java extension BeanShell to interpret your Java code. Before clicking launch button below, you need to download it from BeanShell Home and put "bsh-[version].jar" in "lib/ext" under your JRE home directory.

How to find out my JRE home directory?
  • In Windows, open "cmd" console -> echo %CLASSPATH% -> find something like "{JRE Home}\lib\ext\...jar". Default is "C:\Program Files\Java\jre[version]\".
  • In Linux, echo $CLASSPATH -> something like "{JRE Home}/lib/ext/...jar". Usually in "/usr/java/jdk[version]/jre/".
