My gratitude to all people who made possible creation of this site.

Creation of this site is made possible by several freeware and open source programs I used, and many lines of free codes taken from somewhere on internet. Here, I will describe some of them along with the source link as far as I can.

First of all as you know, GNU/Linux OS, Apache web server, PHP language as well as MySQL database constitute the most fundamental part of this site, or even the internet itself. Without these excellent programs the internet will not expand as fast as today.

The main page which shows simple IP address and Google map is using a free service from hostip.info to convert IP address to latitude and longitude needed by Google map. If not found, it then switch to find the country using IP - country converter below and then use the average latitude - longitude of the country. If the country is not available then default to the center of the world at latitude 0 and longitude 0.

'IP - Country' tool under 'Networking' category uses a free GeoIP database which maps IP address into country where it is physicaly located. This database is provided by Webnet77 and currently contains about 2,959,405,242 IP numbers from all major registries. I update this database once a week to ensure you get the latest information.

'DNS' tool under the same category uses a standard linux 'dig' program.

And 'WHOIS' tool uses phpWhois, a great open source whois program for PHP.

'User Agent' tool under the same category uses browscap.ini for PHP, a browser database courtesy of Gary Joel Keith, and a standalone 'get_browser'-like function to read it, written by Alexandre Alapetite.

In 'Word Picker' tool under 'Word Domain' category, I used SCOWL word list which can be obtained from Kevin's Word List Page.

And the wonderful 'my-Tool.com' logo of this site is generated using Web2.0 Logo Creatr, a cool logo generator.

Last but not least, all forums in this site are using phpBB2, a great open source bulletin board program ever written.

Here, I would like to express my thankfulness and gratitude for those people listed above and for all people contribute to any freeware and open source projects which I cannot describe here.
